GDPR and privacy protection
We take information security and privacy protection seriously. We follow guidance of Data Protection Supervisor and respect EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our analysis data can be used for the purpose of marketing and sales.
Should we first concentrate in other matters of digital marketing?
Exploiting personality, e.g. extraversion data is scientifically proved, the most effective way to improve results in marketing and sales, because in the end it’s always a human that makes decisions. Therefore it’s effective to personalize communication first and maybe then move to defining customer personas and customer journeys.
How the analysis is actually done?
We use publicly available data and digital footprints left by decisions makers as the material. Machine learning algorithms are able to make accurate analyses with relatively small samples.
How reliable the analysis is?
If our algorithm cannot make reliable estimate enough, it won’t give result regarding those traits at all. Therefore reliability has been automatised and results are only given in that case they are reliable enough. Analysis is machine based and therefore it can never be 100% match with reality, but of course that level of match is not needed while seeking sufficient level of reliability and business benefit.
